It never fails. Less than 24 hours after recording the last podcast and before I even had the chance to hit the publish button, we got word that the Baylor Bears had parted ways with Larry Fedora, Jorge Munoz, and the strength and conditioning staff. We decided to hold off to record until we got news that the vacancies had been filled, which we got last week but weren’t able to get back together until last night. So, here we are, with some talk about your new OC Jeff Grimes, OL Coach Eric Mateos, WR Coach Chansi Stuckey, S&C Coach Vic Viloria, and the rest of the moves made on the staff.

One thing we neglected to discuss was the departure of Associate Athletic Director Jeramiah Dickey, who came to Baylor with Mack Rhoades and had done a tremendous job for the program in the time since. He left Baylor for Boise State to be their new Athletic Director, and we couldn’t be more happy for him. JD is one of the most genuine and hardworking people I’ve had the fortune of meeting, and Boise’s gain is Baylor’s loss. We wish him all the best in his new adventure with Boise State, and know that he is destined to do great things. Sic ‘em, JD!
