BIG 12 PRESEASON PREDICTIONS RELEASED: We're fifth behind OSU, OU, TCU, and Texas. So if we lose to the teams we're predicted to finish behind, we go 8-4 this season. Thoughts?
BAYLOR FOOTBALL HAS A COMMERCIAL: I ... don't know if I like it. On the one hand, clearly, because it's Baylor. On the other, there's actually no football in it. I haven't been so unsatisfactorily teased since the 8th grade.
BRILES WAS IN HOUSTON -- It apparently went extremely well. The crowd there was larger even than the one scheduled to see Mack Brown next week, and Briles was his typical awesome self.
JARELL BROXTON IS A LARGE MAN -- No, really. He's quite big.
GLASCO MARTIN GETS A LITTLE LOVE -- Baylor is one of two Big 12 schools to put 2 RBs on the Doak Walker Watch List. Somehow, none of the UT three-headed, probably-disappointing monster made it. DISAPPOINTING ALREADY?
MBB PLAYERS NAMED TO SOMETHING CALLED THE "HONORS COURT" -- Sounds like a Sorkin show.
MBB TO FACE CHAMINADE IN HAWAII -- They'd better not say that too loud or Johnny Manziel will show up.
BIG 12 HAS MORE Qs THAN As -- Good thing this isn't a report card, Mr. Cherry. I don't even know how you get a Q in a class.
CLUB SEATS SOLD OUT AT NEW BAYLOR STADIUM -- This is a big deal. Our season tickets for this coming season also topped 20,000 for the first time in our school's history. How many schools can say they have 33% more season ticket holders than enrolled students before even counting students in the number? Also, the price tag on the stadium has apparently gone up to $260 million. I think we might have known that already.
JACK HOFFMAN IS AWESOME -- And last night's ESPY's just proved it.
BRITTNEY GRINER NAMED BEST COLLEGE FEMALE ATHLETE -- Speaking of the ESPYs, did anybody else get a little choked up about Team Hoyt? Don't lie to me.
BAYLOR PUTS 3 ON PRESEASON ALL-BIG 12 TEAM -- I posted about this yesterday without having the BaylorBears.com link. So here we are again.
SEC MEDIA DAYS UPDATE, 1893 -- Just funny. I love things that are funny.
