Baylor men's basketball sent athletics into the Christmas break with a win, routing Southern 81-56. Isaiah Austin led the team with 14 points and 10 rebounds last night, but the Bears' biggest scoring came at the free-throw line, where they shot 32 of 47 attempts. Four other Bears scored in double-digits, including Cory Jefferson with 12 and Brady Heslip with 13.
Baylor returned 5000 of their Fiesta Bowl allotment to the bowl yesterday, but this means they sold 11,000 tickets to fans and alumni, while UCF has reportedly only sold 5000 through the main allotment.
It takes a lot of restraint to not completely caps-lock about this, but I highly doubt that Art Briles is actually considering the Washington, D.C. job, RG3 (RG3's dad) or no. I refer you to this story, which is a week old and about UT, but still applicable.
