I can't find anywhere offering odds for WBB games, but I think Baylor (28-4, 16-2 in Big 12 play) might actually be an underdog to West Virginia (29-3, 16-2) in this game, despite being the #1 seed in the conference tournament. They are ranked #5 in the country, after all, while we are #7. SwishAppeal, the blog for all things WBB on SB Nation, previewed the game after WVU's win over Texas to get here.
The two teams split the season series with each team, strangely enough, winning on the other's home court. The second of the two games, a 71-69 WVU win, came just a few days ago.
I don't have much on this game because coverage of WBB is still in its relative nascency. It would seem that WVU is playing tonight for a possible #1 seed since one of Louisville-UConn has to lose tonight, as well. I'm not knowledgeable enough about it to know whether Baylor still has a chance, but it's possible. Beating the #5 team in the country and winning the Big 12 Tournament would be a powerful statement to that effect.
For stats and more on the Big 12 Tournament and this particular matchup, check out BaylorBears.com's preview. The game tips off on FS1 at or around 8:00 PM CT (I think there's a game before it that could go over).
