As weird as it may sound to say it, I'm excited that Baylor is taking this step, which could be the direct result of having Jim Grobe leading the program. The reviews from Ms. Tracy's presentation at Nebraska were glowing, and I'm glad that all of our athletes will get the chance to hear her story. This is another step in the right direction for a program that has sorely needed them lately and another opportunity to learn from the mistakes of our past and make our campus safer for all.
