If you saw a long line of cars headed to Waco today filled with elite 2017/2018 recruits, it's because today is Baylor's first Junior Day of the 2016 recruiting cycle. Junior Days, for those unfamiliar, are generally the first non-camp opportunity for recruits to visit campus in a coordinated setting. They meet the coaches, get information on the program, tour facilities, and probably meet a player here and there hanging around.
Baylor's 247Sports site has a running update thread that I highly suggest you visit (if you have a subscription), and a list of recruits expected to be in Waco today.
Follow along with Baylor's first Junior Day as @TruthOrBear247 @APBaylor247 & @Colt_247Sports provide updates! https://t.co/kpDbaVy2Qy

I will also try to build a running list here as recruits check in, tweet photos or other things about it, and/or their presence is confirmed by sources in the public domain.
Baylor has had at least one commit from the first Junior Day in each of the last few years, so don't be surprised to see one or two today. The Junior Day is also the staff's first opportunity to meet one-on-one with some of these guys, so there could be new offers going out and being accepted.
A few of the confirmed visitors:
QB/ATH Jaylen Gipson (Mexia)
CB Josh Thompson (Nacogdoches)
OL Grayson Reed (Cypress Creek)
WR Hezekiah Jones (Houston) -- BAYLOR COMMIT
DE Ondario Robinson (Hutto)
CB Kary Vincent (Port Arthur)
TE Kedrick James (Waco) -- BAYLOR COMMIT
RB Kennedy Brooks (Mansfield)
Again, these are just a few of the guys that will be there today. Baylor keeps the invite-only Junior Days pretty close to the vest, so there will be many more in attendance today that just haven't announced it on social media. Also, I haven't listed names that recruiting services have reported that haven't shown up anywhere else.
Stay tuned!
