National Signing Day 2015 Open Thread

First thing first, check out this year's Baylor NSD Primer detailing all of our commits due to sign today.

Next, make sure to pull up #SignBU Central from BaylorBears.com.  Starting in just a few minutes, they'll have interviews throughout the day (including with Andrew Billings and Spencer Drango). I'm making this thread late on Tuesday night and will update it when possible.  You could help me out by posting confirmations of signees in the thread, whether by tweets or otherwise. Feel free also to post about major flips or surprises for other schools, as well.  NSD is always a circus on ESPN and its sister networks, and I don't expect this year to be any different.
