Earlier Thursday afternoon, the following tweet started making the rounds on the Retweet circuit:
BREAKING NEWS: Charges against former Cooper LB Cordell Dorsey have been dropped. Stay tune for KTAB & KRBC News for more info.

According to Christopher Collins of the Abilene Reporter News, prosecutors took Dorsey's case before the grand jury, who returned a no bill on the charges. Essentially, a no bill means that the grand jury didn't find sufficient probable cause to issue an indictment on the charges brought by the prosecutor. Since this isn't a criminal procedure blog, I'll leave the legal explanation at that. Dorsey had been charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child.
At this point we don't know what that means for his commitment to Baylor. Dorsey was an OLB commitment in this 2014 class that wasn't able to sign an NLI because of the charges against him. His inclusion in the 2014 class would be a huge boost to the linebacking corps.
We'll have more for you as the story develops.
