For the first time since the Cotton Bowl loss to Michigan State, Baylor Football players are taking to the practice field again, this time under what is guaranteed to be new leadership at the QB position. We've got quite a few starters coming back as well as several new faces of which much is expected, so it should be a fun process to behold.
That's Baylor's official account there, and it should update dynamically for the life of this post. Let me know if it doesn't. Other tweets of interest today:
Baylor WR Corey Coleman says he's running 4.3s in the 40 and has a 45-inch vertical. #freak

Next WR up at Baylor: redshirt freshman Chris Platt. KD Cannon says he has "a different type of speed." Gets Tevin Reese comps.

Pretty sure I was among the first to use the "Tevin Reese Starter Kit" description for Platt.
Seth Russell on if Briles has named him starter: "He hasn’t said anything’s set in stone yet. I have to go out and prove myself."

Baylor players say they’d take Seth Russell over Shawn Oakman for pickup hoops. Really. Jay Lee: "He can jump out the gym."
— Max Olson (@max_olson) February 24, 2015
No word on Oakman's response, but if you feel any earthquakes today, you'll know why.
Another boast about Baylor QB Seth Russell from Lee: "He can throw off his back foot for 50 yards."

I had to do it.
Can chuck it over them mountains. RT @max_olson Baylor QB Seth Russell from Lee: "He can throw off his back foot for 50 yards."

Seth Russell is basically the Bill Brasky of QBs, based on his Baylor teammates’ praise today.

And then I went off for a while about that, but I won't post them here.
There will be more, I'm sure, and we'll keep you posted. Or post them yourselves here in this post. Post, post, post.
