First thing first, the Baylor MBB will take on #10 Louisville for the Battle 4 Atlantis title today at 2:30 PM on ESPN. That's about two hours from now, and we'll have a game thread for you here since you're just eating and chilling, anyway. Don't lie to ODB. This will be both teams' third game in three days, so I wouldn't expect a lot of crisp play early. These guys are going to be gassed.
Winning this game to get to 6-0 would be huge for Baylor's resume on the young season, as well as one of the best wins in recent Baylor history (along with, of course, our win earlier this season over Oregon). It would also give Scott Drew his third regular-season tournament title at Baylor.

That's right, it's an all-Baylor afternoon on ESPN beginning at 2:30. At 5, the 6-4 Bears take on the 4-7 Texas Tech Red Raiders in what will be the second-to-last and last game of the team's respective seasons.
We've not paid much attention to this game here on ODB this week for somewhat obvious reasons: we're 6-4 and interest in the season is waning, and it feels like most people are just running out the clock until we hire our next coach. That could happen any day, by the way.
But it's still Baylor Football, and the guys that will take the field today deserve our respect and attention. So I hope everyone joins us at 5 PM for the game thread here on ODB if you aren't going to the game itself. Just a reminder -- this one is happening in Arlington because nobody wants to go to Lubbock if they can avoid it.
If you're looking for predictions on the outcome, I have no idea. There's so much up in the air about this team right now that I can't say with any assurance whatsoever how they'll play. But I would expect a lot of rushing attempts today against Texas Tech's defense to try to make things easier on Zach Smith. I mean a lot.
