UPDATE: The video of Patterson's comments has surfaced.
So...
Patterson said he was threatened on the field by a Baylor player that had to be restrained by Baylor DC Phil Bennett after the game. #TCU

Saw Patterson presser video. Said BU player 'kind of threatened' him. Declined to name player and said to ask Phil Bennett, who broke it up.

Patterson said he apologized to Briles before the game for last year's comments. Player "threat" stemmed those comments, GP said.

It'll be really interesting to see what, if anything, comes from this. At some point we'll get video from his post-game presser, just as we did a year ago, and maybe then we'll be able to figure out what's going on here.
UPDATE: From Baylor DC Phil Bennett:
Gary Patterson says Baylor player threatened him after game. BU DC Phil Bennett tells me player "mouthed off" but "did not threaten anybody"

On a slightly different note:
Gary Patterson said had they gone punt formation on 4th & 3 play with 1:17 left...they would've run fake punt..they weren't punting it away

This follows with what Patterson also said after the game:
Gary Patterson: "we didn't think we could stop them." On why he went for it on fourth down

Gary Patterson, the master of defense, didn't think he could stop Baylor at the end of the game. Turns out he was right.
