Unless you have no social media presence whatsoever and/or are just emerging from underneath a rock, you now know that Bryce Petty answered every single question to his postgame press conference with some variant of "We're ready for OU." Initial reactions ranged from bemused to frustrated, but Monday we saw Baylor Nation embrace his comments and move forward with the #ReadyForOU campaign. With questions about his confidence surfacing after a couple of rough performances, it is nice to see a bit of swagger and devil-may-care from the Baylor signal caller. If you're wanting more fun, check out the Twitter hashtag page for #ReadyForOU.

The Sooners are now 6-2 on the season, with both losses coming in conference. Oklahoma is presently on the outside looking in on the championship race, due in large part to losses dealt by TCU and Kansas State, with a win over Texas sandwiched in between. The Sooners looked like a team getting back on track in their 59-14 win over Iowa State in Ames last weekend, a game which featured the return of Sugar Bowl Trevor.

Trevor Knight has not quite looked like he did in last year's bowl game against Alabama that earned him so much hype. Until last week, that is. Against Iowa State, he once again returned to Sugar Bowl Trevor form, passing for 230 yards, 2 touchdowns and 2 picks, while adding an additional 146 yards on the ground and 3 rushing touchdowns. An impressive performance by any standard against a fairly porous Cyclones defense.

If you thought the podcast had pronunciation issues, just wait until we get our hands on Samaje Perine. Samaje. Perine. Perine was solid for OU in the early goings, but on Saturday he wasn't even the second-best rusher. Of course, Trevor Knight held top honors in that category, while Alex Ross 144 yards on 13 carries. Perine. Samaje.

When it comes to the receiving corps, everything comes down to Sterling Shepard. He has more than double the receiving yards of the next best receiver, and four more touchdowns. While it seemed for a time that he may not play on Saturday, the latest information suggests that he will, in fact, play against Baylor. We'll be able to give you more information later on in the week, though.

QUESTION TIME!

  • FIRST -- Do you have any specific questions about OU that we can have answered? Pras is doing a Q&A with Crimson and Cream later this week that would be a perfect opportunity to ask.
  • SECOND -- After a big win against Kansas, how are you feeling? Did you see what you hoped to see during that game? Are you feeling any better?
  • THIRD -- What's your key to success on Saturday?
  • FOURTH -- Are you #ReadyForOU? Tell us just how #ReadyForOU you are. Link Tweets. Post Gifs. Historical quotes. We want to see some serious creativity here.
  • FIFTH -- What uniform combo are you thinking we'll see on Saturday, and if it's not Chrometrooper, why not? Limit your answers to 3,000 words or less.
