Your Baylor Bears are undefeated. That sentence feels good to type. With a win in Dallas over the new-look, the Bears remained atop the Big 12 Power Rankings. Now, TGCAB and crew look to open up their first 2015 home stand with a dominating showing over the Cardinals of Lamar this Saturday, September 12th at 6:30 p.m.
The Lamar Cardinals opened up their season with a stellar 66-3 win over Bacone College. Now, they head to Waco to take on a much better team.
Normally, there would be some quotes from the opposing coach here, but I can't find anything from Coach Ray Woodard on the Baylor game. So we'll stick to some of Coach Briles' quotes from the weekly teleconference:
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" lang="en"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">Briles on QB Seth Russell: "We thought for the opening game with the expectations placed on him he did extremely well."</p>— Craig Smoak (@CraigSmoak) <a href="https://twitter.com/CraigSmoak/status/640918325258620928">September 7, 2015</a></blockquote>

I agree, Coach. I agree.
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" lang="en"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">Briles on keeping WRs happy: It's not easy to do. You hope guys understand that the bigger picture is what they need to look at.</p>— Craig Smoak (@CraigSmoak) <a href="https://twitter.com/CraigSmoak/status/640919611932676096">September 7, 2015</a></blockquote>

This quote needs to be accompanied by a picture of Briles going "What am I do with all these receivers?"
If you want to watch the press conference (you know you do), you can do so here:
