Baylor vs. Kansas: The Morning After -- Links, Highlights, Recaps, Tweets

You're not going to believe this, but we're getting to that point in the season where writers seem almost tired of talking about the domination of the 2013 Baylor Bears. Well, I'm not. But others are.

KANSAS
(2-5, 0-4) Rank: NR/NR

Major Contributors:

Bryce Petty: 20/32 for 430 yards (personal record) and 3 TDs. Another TD rushing.
Lache Seastrunk: 13 carries for 109 yards and a TD.
Rashodrick Linwood: 9 carries for 106 yards and 2 TDs.
Tevin Reese: 4 catches for 110 yards and 2 TDs.

Jamal Palmer: 4 tackles, 3 TFL, 1 sacks

Top 25 Results/Projection:

One team ahead of us in last week's BCS lost (Missouri Tigers), and two others almost lost (Miami Hurricanes, Stanford Cardinal). Baylor entered the weekend at #8 in the BCS standings, and I'm predicting that they will be ranked #7 after today. I can argue that they should be #5, at worst.

2013 BCS Top 25 rankings projections, Week 10: Should Oregon move past FSU? - SBNation.com
After their win over UCLA, the Ducks will likely leapfrog the Seminoles. But is that justified?

Coaches Poll: Baylor is #5 again behind the four usual suspects. Miami, the team we needed to fall, didn't. That probably means we'll be #7 in today's BCS.

AP Poll: Baylor rises to #5, our highest spot since 1953.
