I hope we get to see as many people as possible in Waco today. The entire Seymour clan will be there, so if you see the sun reflecting off the shine of my head, a 6-month pregnant lady, a surly teenager that doesn’t really want to be there, and a 6-year-old in her tiny wheelchair, all clad in gold, please feel free to say hi. Even if it isn’t us, I’m sure whoever it is will be happy to see you.

PODCASTS:

I wanted to highlight the two excellent podcasts we have on ODB this week for your listening enjoyment. If you haven’t listened already, I suggest you do so on the way to Waco today or as you prepare for the game at home. Both pods are linked above.

THE PREDICTION:

At the ever-present risk of being #OldTakesExposed on Twitter, I’m taking the Bears to win. I think the offense is real, and what we’ve from Gerry Bohanon and the OL will continue. Iowa State is a far, far better team than we’ve played so far. There’s no doubt about that. But the more we get into this season, the more I think last year was the exception, not the norm. As they discussed at length on ODP this week, this is a talented Baylor team. I think they get it done, but it will be close and come down to the end.

Baylor 37, ISU 28.

LINKS, TWEETS, LINKS, AND TWEETS:

This is going up later than I wanted it to, so let’s jump right into the links and tweets.

I just really like that picture.

Safe travels to those in Waco or on their way!
