Baylor Confirms Hire of Dennis “Meatball” Johnson as DL Coach

May all your meatball gifs and puns be met with laughter.

Baylor has confirmed the hire of Dennis Johnson, a defensive analyst at LSU this last season and DL coach before that, as its own DL coach.

I’ve posted about Johnson in other articles, so I won’t rehash his history. Suffice to say that he’s considered one of the best recruiters in the country, as Aranda says in the release, and should do extremely well here. He’s supposed to get to Waco this evening if he isn’t already there.
