Big 12 Media Days: Day Two Open Thread!

Day 2 of Big 12 Media Days is upon us, and the Bears are set to take center stage. Let's talk all about it!

Kevin Jairaj-USA TODAY Sports

Day Two of Big 12 Media Days is here, and the moment we've all been waiting for is upon us: Art Briles takes center stage to discuss the 2015 season for Baylor Football. Many mark this as the unofficial beginning of football, even though we're still over a month away from the first games of the season. Nevertheless, it's time to get pumped because football in any capacity is exciting!

Coaches' Press Conference Schedule

  • 10:05-10:25: Art Briles
  • 10:40-11:00: Bob Stoops
  • 11:15-11:35: Paul Rhodes
  • 11:50-12:10: Mike Gundy
  • 12:25-12:45: Charlie Strong

Joining CAB this year at Media Days are DE Shawn Oakman, WR Corey Coleman, DT Andrew Billings, and OT Spencer Drango. If this year is anything like the last, there will be plenty of sound bytes to play and replay in order to glean as much info from them as possible. Oakman last year had some comments that seemed to get some folks riled up. Since there's little else to discuss, I'm sure that means each statement will be parsed and dissected ad nauseam between now and the beginning of September. But for now, let's revel in the quotes!

You can stream the audio from the Big 12 website, or you can stream it from Fox Sports Go or Watch ESPN (LHN coverage, though), I believe. Here's the link to the Big 12 live stream.

Live Tweets from Carter Lacy

We're not sure how he did it, but our own Carter Lacy (darthbear) managed to gain entry to Media Days, so he'll be live tweeting the event as well. Check it out, and give him a follow (if you dare)!
