Baylor at Buffalo moved to Friday Night for ESPN Telecast

Baylor's game at Buffalo that was scheduled for Saturday, September 13 will now be played on Friday, September 12 due to the presence of those dolla dolla billz, y'all.

Jerome Miron-USA TODAY Sports

Baylor announced a few minutes ago that this coming season's game at Buffalo (yes, we're traveling to upstate New York to play the Bulls) will be moved from Saturday, where it would have probably been on a regional network, to Friday, where it will be on ESPN.  I can only imagine the Tessitore-y goodness that will accompany that game.

The full release.

With the change in dates, Baylor's schedule now looks like this:

2014 Baylor Football Schedule
Aug. 31 - SMU
Sept. 12 - at Buffalo
Sept. 27 - at Iowa State
Oct. 4 - at Texas
Oct. 11 - TCU
Oct. 18 - at West Virginia
Nov. 1 - KANSAS (Homecoming)
Nov. 8 - at Oklahoma
Nov. 29 - vs. Texas Tech [Arlington, Texas]
Tentative and subject to change

Worth noting that August 31 is actually a Sunday, one of the last with no NFL, and the opener for Baylor's new McLane Stadium.  That means Baylor will have just 5 days in between its first and second games, then 5 again between the second and third.  If you want Baylor Football, get excited because you'll be getting it 3 times in 12 days.
