Week 9 brings another exciting week of college football action. The spotlight will mainly be on the Big 10, as there are multiple ranked matchups, but there are still some intriguing games from other leagues. I will highlight one game from each time slot.
1.) #6 Michigan vs. #9 Michigan State — Probably the game of the day in college football. It’s a top-10 matchup and a rivalry on top of that. I don’t know what will be more interesting—the actual game or the fact that ESPN College Gameday and the Big Noon Kickoff show will both be broadcasting their pregame shows live in the same venue. 11:00 AM on FOX.
2.) TCU vs. Kansas State — The loser won’t be mathematically eliminated from bowl eligibility, but they will have to play pretty close to perfect football from here on out. The Horned Frogs are much more talented across the the board, but the Wildcats are at home and have won the last two years. 2:30 PM on ESPNU.
3.) #10 Ole Miss vs. #18 Auburn — Both teams are hanging on to their SEC championship and NY6 bowl game hopes. Each team has an impressive victory and the winner will be the top challenger to Alabama in the SEC West. 6:00 PM on ESPN
