Each weekend the college football slate is getting better and Saturday is no exception. Not only will Baylor fans FINALLY be able to watch the Bears play tonight, but in the meantime there are plenty of games that are worthy of attention.

Mississippi St. vs. LSU - Mike Leach makes his SEC debut. In a normal year this would have been talked about incessantly in the off-season. It’s something hardcore college football fans have dreamed about for a long time. And on the other side, LSU will try to reload after losing several starters from both sides of the ball. The game will be televised at 2:30 on CBS.

Oklahoma vs. Kansas State - As good as Spencer Rattler looked in Week 1, I think most people are still in a wait and see mode. Not only was his first game against a bad FCS team, but it was also on PPV. Today, all Big 12 fans will be watching as his Sooners play the conference’s lone 11:00 AM game. It will be broadcasted on FOX.

Miami vs. Florida State - I wanted to throw in a ACC game. It’s not the most enticing set of games for the coastal schools, but I think people are going to start watching this Hurricane team closely. Currently ranked #12 in the nation, Miami looked great last week in their primetime game against Louisville. They will try to do it again this evening on ABC @ 6:30
