Saturday 9/12 College Football Picks

Baylor’s not playing, but it’s still Sic ‘Em!

I’m glad college football is back, but it’s sad that Baylor looks unlikely to play until the September 26th game against Kansas.

Here are my picks for some of the day’s biggest games. With COVID-19, I have very little confidence in these picks:

Kansas State (-10) v. Arkansas State- The Wildcats cover late.

North Carolina (-19.5) v. Syracuse- Mack Brown is rolling, and Syracuse isn’t.

Iowa State v. ULL (+11)- I don’t believe in the Clones.

Notre Dame v. Duke (+20)- Seems like too big of a line for this era.

Florida State (-11) v. Georgia Tech- Georgia Tech has been too bad lately to feel comfortable taking them.

Clemson v. Wake Forrest (+31)- That feels like too big of a line as well. Wake for the backdoor cover.

Texas v. UTEP (+43)- UTEP isn’t great. Neither is Texas.

Kansas v. Coastal Carolina (+3.5)- Coastal Carolina wins.
