Dan Patrick, former ESPN anchor and current sports radio host, reports the Big 10 and PAC-12 will cancel their seasons tomorrow.
DP was told an hour ago that the Big 10 and Pac 12 will cancel their football seasons tomorrow... The ACC and the Big 12 are on the fence.. And the SEC is trying to get teams to join them for a season.

Matt Hayes of Bleacher Report noted:
Power 5 AD just texted me: “It’s looking more and more like it’s Big Ten and Pac-12 vs. SEC, ACC and Big 12."

We’ll see if the other three leagues elect to play this fall.
I’m confident in Dan Patrick’s report because he’s an established sports figure. I also think Matt Hayes has good sourcing. But be careful with people you’ve never heard offering insider information on Twitter.
RE: reports of Iowa, Michigan, Nebraska and Ohio State exploring potential move to the Big 12, source at one of those schools just told me, "That would be news to us."

I have no guess or inside information on whether the Big 12 will play this fall. This feels a lot like realignment where things could change quickly and different people have strongly different levels of certainty about what will happen.
