Baylor Basketball Set to Play Kansas State Tomorrow in Big 12 Tournament

If there’s hoops, it will be against KSU

NCAA Basketball: Kansas State at Baylor Raymond Carlin III-USA TODAY Sports

With Kansas State’s 53-49 win over TCU, the Bears will face the Wildcats at 6:00 tomorrow in the Sprint Center. The game airs on ESPN2.

If Baylor wins that game, they’ll play in the semifinal at approximately 8:30 on Friday (30 minutes after the 6:00 tip of the other semifinal). They’d play the winner of West Virginia-Oklahoma.

The Big 12 Tournament is being played without fans. The Big 12 announced today that each team will be allotted 125 tickets for family and personnel.

Baylor beat Kansas State in both meetings. The last place Wildcats fell to the Bears in Manhattan 73-67. Then Baylor beat Kansas State 85-66 in Waco.

We’ll update if the game ends up getting cancelled. The NBA has suspended its season after Rudy Gobert of the Utah Jazz tested positive for coronavirus. The NCAA has ruled that fans will not attend NCAA Tournament games. But we’ll see if they elect to cancel the games.
