Not a great weekend for Baylor football’s future.
Roderick Daniels, a top 1,000 recruit and 3-star wide receiver announced he’s decommiting:
Byron Murphy decommited last week and flipped to Texas:
110% committed respect my decision. @CoachTomHerman @OscarGiles95 @CoachMarkHagen @TexasFootball @TXHRecruiting @BON_SBNation @FootballDesoto @CoachSweeny @PaulBeattie17 #hookem #longhorns pic.twitter.com/I6OyIDcqJB— Murph Dawg (@ByronMurphyII) November 18, 2020
Yusuf Terry, a current wide receiver, opted out for the season. I’d expect him to transfer, but in the COVID-19 era, maybe something else is going on. It doesn’t seem promising though.
The Bears really need a win against Kansas State. They need to show something positive to recruits, and they don’t have much to offer right now. I don’t mean to be too negative, but we’re not here to spin anybody. Things need to get better.
