Game Predictions Based on Opponents’ Mascots in GIFs

There are many sites out there predicting teams outcomes based upon opponents strengths and weaknesses on the field. I’m going to do something a bit different (surprise surprise) by predicting the season based upon other teams mascot(s) versus our beloved Bears.

Spoiler alert, it will be hard to find a mascot who can survive against a clan (technically a group of bears is called a sleuth) of these:

Keep the above image in mind as we compare our Bears to our opponents.

We start off with the masculine SFA Lumberjacks:

They may look spiffy in their flannel shirts and carry axes, but they will be no match for the Bears.

BEARS WIN

Next we host the UTSA Roadrunners:

The roadrunners will quickly figure out we aren’t coyotes.

BEARS WIN

Our first away game will be against the Rice Owls in Htown:

Even with the home field advantage, the owls will not be eager to confront the Bears.

BEARS WIN

Everyone says our first conference game against Iowa State will be the big test. I just don’t see it:

Bears maul this guy.

BEARS WIN

Next is our first conference road game against KSU:

I see the home team mascot throwing in the towel early.

BEARS WIN

We come back home to face the TT Red Raiders for the first time ever at McLane:

Red Raider’s guns up will be no match against the swarm of Bear claws.

BEARS WIN

Back on the road to face arguably the creepiest mascot in all of college football, OSU’s Pistol Pete:

I’m pretty sure his brother is the Burger King mascot. For that reason alone the Bears will devour him.

BEARS WIN

We come back home to face the goofy West Virginia Mountaineer:

The Mountaineer knows that he can’t stop a sleuth of Bears with a single shot musket.

BEARS WIN

On the road as we go to that school north of us and face the TCU Horned Frogs:

The Horned Frog mascot is literally the embodiment of Patterson, slimy, large, and gross. As distasteful as it is, the Bears stay focused and get rid of the frogs.

BEARS WIN

OU comes to Waco:

A Sooner can’t outrun a Bear and will be upended at home.

BEARS WIN

UT Longhorns will arrive in Waco expecting to put on a show:

It turns out to be a freak show as the Bears aren’t impressed.

BEARS WIN

Last and least is the KU Jayhawk:

This gif is self explanatory.

BEARS WIN

The Baylor Bears Mascot goes 12-0 vs all the other mascots this season.

BNT’s actual season prediction will be coming soon.
