Baylor added 2020 Safety Devin Neal on Sunday. The 3-star prospect from Kentucky was previously committed to Cincinnati.

Neal visited Baylor on December 13th. Evan Cooper led Neal’s recruitment.
Neal is the 14th member of Baylor’s class. With signing day on Wednesday, the Bears should add a few more recruits before then. They’ll also likely add a couple of guys after the early signing period.
