Baylor Ranked No. 12 in College Football Playoff Committee Rankings

Snubbed! But who cares this early!

Baylor is ranked No. 12 in the first rankings of the College Football Playoff Committee.

They shift these quite a bit, so I don’t put too much in these early rankings. If Baylor’s undefeated, they’re making it. If they lose, they need a ton of help.

Oklahoma State is No. 23. Kansas State is No. 16. Oklahoma is No. 9.

Baylor should be ranked higher. If OK State is No. 23, and KSU is No. 16, then Baylor shouldn’t be ranked below Auburn and Florida—a couple of two loss teams. Though undefeated Minnesota is No. 17.

Clemson was No. 5. Georgia was No. 6. The Tigers don’t have a top 25 win, so that’s understandable, but if they win out, they’ll easily be in the field.

Ohio State, LSU, Alabama and Penn State are ranked No. 1-No. 4, respectively.
