Baylor won their first Myrtle Beach game over Ohio 76-53. The Bears held Ohio to .8 points per possession. Despite a poor shooting day from three (4-of-15), Baylor still scored 1.15 points per possession, a very respectable mark.

Coastal Carolina is the No. 142 team on KenPom. They have two single point losses to Campbell and Northern Kentucky. Coastal Carolina ranks 113 on offense and 188 on defense.

Baylor should pick up another victory. The defense has been exceptional, and they are due for another good shooting day. The Bears have to cut out these stretches of futile offense or they risk messing around and finding their lofty goals become a missed opportunity. I think they will before too long and get it done tomorrow. I’ll take Baylor 78-64.
