Baylor Lands Quarterback Jacob Zeno, 2019 ESPN Top 300 Player

The Bears have their next quarterback, as they’ve landed Jacob Zeno, the No. 183rd ranked 2019 prospect on ESPN.

Zeno plays at John Jay, which is located in San Antonio. He threw for nearly 2,000 yards last season and averaged 16.9 yards per completion.

Baylor landed Zeno over a host of schools, including: Texas Tech, Georgia, Minnesota, Arizona, North Carolina State, Arkansas, Florida, Missouri, Kansas State, Utah, Syracuse, Indiana and Kansas State.

Matt Rhule and his staff landed their 2018 quarterback late in the process last year when Gerry Bohanon committed. They secured their 2019 quarterback a little earlier.
