Baylor-Mississippi State: NIT Game Thread and Preview

The Bears return to the court at 11 AM at the Ferrell Center. The game airs on ESPN.

I like Baylor to cover the six point spread. Mississippi State ranks 330th in 3-point field goal percentage, and the longer NIT line shouldn’t help. Even with Baylor possibly short handed (Jake Lindsey and Tristan Clark are questionable), the Bears should win this contest. But it’s the NIT, and effort and new rules on a Sunday morning can lead to funky outcomes.

Hopefully the journey keeps going.
