Baylor will play Vanderbilt in the Texas Bowl at 8:00 on December 27th at NRG Stadium in Houston. The game will air on ESPN.

Vanderbilt finished the 2018 season 6-6. They beat Ole Miss, Tennessee and Arkansas in the SEC. My guess is that Baylor opens as around a three point favorite.
