Halftime: The Rout is On

NCAA Football: Baylor at West Virginia Ben Queen-USA TODAY Sports

Baylor has crumbled in the 1st half.

From the first drive of the game, where true freshman safety Christian Morgan was looking at the sidelines when a receiver came his way, mistakes have plagued Baylor throughout the half.

Mims dropped a first down on the first drive, dropped another pass which went for an interception on the next drive, and Hurd seemingly let a ball go through his hands for an interception on the third drive.

These early mistakes seemed to crush what was otherwise a good effort by the Baylor defense, who then started to give up big play after big play.

Baylor has basically a 0% chance of coming back to win this game. Hopefully we can see a young team pull together and play hard in the second half.
