ODB Picks Against the Spread- Week Four

We’re trying to keep this up

NCAA Football: CFP National Championship-Clemson vs Alabama Mark J. Rebilas-USA TODAY Sports

Somehow I have gone 10-5 with gambling picks in the first three weeks. That is horrifically unsustainable. I don’t bet these picks, and we’re due for a fall. But if you believe the good times aren’t over:

Utah -4 v. Arizona- The Utes feel like a team that could knock a better PAC-12 team out of the playoff.

Michigan -10.5 v. Purdue- Maybe this is the week Purdue gets blown out. I don’t like Michigan’s offense, and I love Purdue’s.

Georgia Tech -7.5 v. Pitt- The Panthers were blown out last week by Oklahoma State. And Georgia Tech is always a weird team to bet. But Pitt’s defense should be better this week.

Penn State -12.5 v. Iowa- The Nittany Lions look like the class of the Big Ten. Iowa looks like they’re going to go 8-4.

Georgia -6 v. Mississippi State- MSU could have a hangover after rolling LSU. Or they could be significantly better than anyone in the SEC East. I believe it’s the latter.

Auburn -18.5 v. Missouri- This should be the week Auburn’s offense emerges. Missouri looked lost a week after firing their defensive coordinator.

USC -15.5 v. Cal- The Trojans have looked beatable two out of three weeks. Cal looks much better than usual. USC wins. Cal covers.
