Taylor Young, Taion Sells and Brian Nance Earn Single Digit Numbers!

Baylor has given out its first single digit numbers to Taylor Young, Taion Sells and Brian Nance. The numbers are voted on by the team to reward toughness.

Those three deserve this honor. Young is an All-Big 12 linebacker and leader on the team. Sells gave his all last season, including a spectacular effort against TCU. Then there’s Nance. Rhule raved about him throughout the off-season. Nance returned to the Bears after an academic suspension and has been a leader on and off the field.

Baylor should announce the other selections this week. There are plenty of worthy contenders.
