John Werner discusses Bears in the NFL Draft:
Former Baylor players KD Cannon, Ishmael Zamora, Kyle Fuller and Seth Russell hope to hear their names called when the NFL draft unfolds Thursday through Saturday in Philadelphia.
Adam Grosbard projects Baylor’s depth chart:
Now that Baylor's spring game has come to an end, the picture of who will be the difference makers in Matt Rhule's first season as the Bears' head coach has become a bit clearer.
Martin Frank of Delaware Online has the Eagles selecting Seth Russell in the last round of the NFL Draft:
Drafting Baylor quarterback Seth Russell here makes perfect sense. He had ankle surgery last November, and was cleared last week to return to football activities. Before his injury, Russell proved himself to be an athletic quarterback, leaping over a defender during a game against Texas Tech. The Eagles can stash him for the season on injured reserve and let him learn behind veteran backups Nick Foles and Matt McGloin.
