Baylor finishes the 2017 recruiting class with 27 commitments. Matt Rhule came to Baylor, and added 26 commitments in the past month and six days. Wow. This is the best recruiting job I’ve witnessed in my lifetime.
Also, I’ll formulate the 2018 Wish List within the next couple of days or so.

Casey Phillips, an offensive tackle, picked up an offer.

The Bears offered Stanley Hackett, a running back from the Houston area. 247 thinks Texas Tech is the favorite for his services.
