Baylor Opens 10 Point Favorites Against Kansas

Vegas likes the Bears

Baylor opens as a 10 point favorite against Kansas. The Bears will play the Jayhawks at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday in Lawrence, Kansas.

The Bears are winless, but the Jayhawks have been terrible this season. KU is 1-7—their sole win is against Southeast Missouri State. That team is 2-6 in the Ohio Valley Conference. Kansas gained just 21 yards against TCU, leading to this photo:

Kansas looked decent against Kansas State. The Jayhawks threw for 418 yards in Carter Stanley’s first start. If the Jayhawks play as well as they did Saturday, and the Bears play as poorly as they did on Saturday, then the Jayhawks are going to win.

The Bears should win this game though. They have a better roster and coaching staff. There should be no excuses for losing this game. The Bears have been close a few times this season. It’s time to win.
