This morning, a few supporters of Ken Starr took out an ad in the Austin American-Statesman thanking Ken Starr for his service at Baylor.
Here is the full ad:
Also, this is on page 10A of the Statesman. A full-page ad thanking Ken Starr for a job well done. pic.twitter.com/pkOIEzzowU

Everyone I've seen, with the exception of those paying for the ad, has been overwhelmingly opposed to the ad. Although supporters of Starr may wish to show their support, the tone of the ad at this time probably does Starr no favors.
Here were a few of the responses early Sunday:
Did supporters of Starr really think that was a good idea? Who would think the ad is a good idea????

Person: "You can either pay for this huge spider to crawl all over you or for this full-page ad for Starr."

Me: "I'll take the spider."
I would say that Baylor just continues to shoot itself in the foot, but at this point I think we're out of feet
