*He plans to keep the same offense and defense

*The plan is to keep the staff intact

*He hopes to see all the incoming freshman before making a decision on LOIs. Coach Grobe felt a cooling off period could be beneficial.

*He was drawn to the task because he both missed football and felt he could help during this difficult time
