Julie Boudwin of the New Orleans Times-Picayune wrote about Seth Russell:
In the wake of the Baylor sexual assault scandal and dismissal of head football coach Art Briles, quarterback Seth Russell said the Bears will hopefully prove doubters wrong this upcoming season.
"I expect we're going to be fast and physical and we're going to do things at a high level like we've always done," he said Friday at the Manning Passing Academy at Nicholls State University. "We're not down, we're moving on with everything and hopefully we're going to do some things that when people doubt us we prove them wrong."
