Tren’Davian Dickson made it official he’ll be transferring to Houston. Dickson enrolled at Baylor in January and will sit out the 2016 season.

Dave King of BrightSideoftheSun says the Suns could trade down and pick Taurean Prince:

Alternately, the Suns could trade down from 13 to pick up another asset and still get a good 3-and-D player in DeAndre Bembry, Taurean Prince or even Denzel Valentine if he falls based on concerns over his knees.

John Werner of the Waco Tribune-Herald had this information about the LOIs:

Since he was hired on May 30, Baylor interim coach Jim Grobe has been attempting to persuade the 2016 signees to stay.

“Coach Grobe is working very hard to retain them,” said Baylor athletic department spokesman Nick Joos. “We’re continuing to have discussions with those recruits. It’s still our hope those outstanding student-athletes will be at Baylor. We anticipate a decision will be made as the deadline approaches.”

Phillip Ericksen of the Waco Tribune-Herald notes Baylor is not under Federal Title IX investigation:

Though Baylor University has made national headlines for mishandling sexual assault complaints and neglecting related laws, it is not one of 195 institutions of higher education under federal Title IX investigation.
