Baylor-Florida Gulf Coast Preview and Game Thread

You may not be able to find the game, but we’ve got you covered either way.

NCAA Basketball: Oregon at Baylor Ray Carlin-USA TODAY Sports

The Bears host Florida Gulf Coast at 7 P.M. The game will air on Fox College Sports Central. You may also be able to find it on Fox Sports Go.

You can check the ESPN App for Baylor’s broadcast of the game, and you can also check the Baylor student broadcast of the game here:

The Bears are favored in this one. KenPom gives the Bears an 87% chance to notch a victory. But Florida Gulf Coast is not bad and could make it interesting. They enter the contest 1-1, with a win over U.T.-Artlington. They also have a 21 point loss to Florida.

The Bears will wear these uniforms because they are amazing:

Look for Manu Lecomte to continue his hot start. Lecomte is shooting 46% from three and nailing shots like this:

The Bears should have a decent challenge defending the perimeter. Florida Gulf Coast is number 60 on KenPom in three point percentage.

If the Bears play well, they should win this game. It would take a very hot night from deep for Florida Gulf Coast to have a chance. The Bears would also need to have an off night offensively to lose. Baylor could come out a little flat after the big win earlier in the week against Oregon, but I think this team is for real. I’ll take the Bears 72-55.
