SHOOTYHOOPS BACK! The Bears open the 2016-17 season tonight against the Oral Roberts Golden Eagles from the Summit League. Baylor will look to veterans like Ish Wainright and Al Freeman this evening as they work in newcomers such as Manu Lecomte and Jo Lual-Acuil who should become prominent names for BU hoops fans this season. The Bears will be without Johnathan Motley who is serving a 1 game suspension for an NCAA violation from a summer league game that he participated in. This will be Baylor's 6th matchup in its history against Oral Roberts, and the Bears are 5-0 all-time with the most recent meeting happening in 2013.
