No. 17/18 Baylor (15-4, 5-2) at Oklahoma State (10-9, 2-5) Jan. 27, 2016 | 8:00 p.m. CT Stillwater, Okla. | Gallagher-Iba Arena (13,611) TV: ESPNU and WatchESPN Radio: ESPN Central Texas |

Back on January 5th, Al Freeman went off for 21 points on just 8 shots from the floor as Rico Gathers dropped a 17 and 17 double-double. For the Pokes, star freshman Jawun Evans was held to 8 points even as he dished 9 assists.
Since that game, the Cowboys have gone 1-4, their lone victory coming in Stillwater over the Jayhawks. In fact, Travis Ford, who has had as much success against Kansas as anyone as the sole possessor of a win in Allen Fieldhouse among active Big XII coaches, saw his team rout the blue birds by 19 points. Thus far, that is KU's worst loss of the season. Oklahoma State can be a dangerous squad at home.
Meanwhile, Baylor is looking for a bounce back after facing a firehose of threes from the Sooners. Taurean Prince is the averaging 14 and 6 in conference play and is the Bears' leading scorer. He's been forcing the issue on a few possessions each of the last several game, even as he's had some decent play. He and Lester Medford are the leaders on Scott Drew's offense. They will need to play with purpose to help the offense from dipping into a lull, a problem this season.
Baylor is favored to win tonight's game by about 4 points, a high margin considering Oklahoma State thrashed Kansas and lost to Oklahoma by a mere 2 points. No game is easy in the Big XII. Let's see if Baylor can dig down deep for this one.
