CFB Open Thread: 2015-16 National Championship

So, we've come down to it. Who are you taking, Alabama or Clemson?

I don't have much to say here.  I'm rooting for Clemson mostly because I'm tired of being expected to kiss Saban's ring, but I don't have a lot of confidence in it because Alabama has more first-round picks playing on its second team defense than most teams have, period.  That, plus Clemson could be missing (or playing injured) two of their star players in Shaq Lawson and Mackensie Alexander.  They're supposedly out there running around and what-not before the game, but who knows.

Whatever the case, I'm hoping mostly for a fitting end to what has been a pretty good CFB season, all things considered.  Sure, Baylor didn't get where we wanted to go, mostly because of injuries, but we ended on a high note with plenty to look forward to for 2016, recruiting is going really well for this year and next, and there's plenty to be excited about.  I just wish Christian McCaffrey had gotten the recognition he deserved as the best player in college football.  Oh well, after tonight, every team is equal once again headed into the 2016 season.

Be sure to vote in the poll below before the start of the game to give everyone your prediction for how things will turn out.  Also, I ported the main StoryStream for tonight's game into our layout here, so you can hit that up if you want more information.

BTW, my prediction is 34-27 Alabama. The game will kick off at 7:30 Central on ESPN.

Have a good night, everybody!
