The waiting is nearly over, folks. Less than 40 hours remain until the 2015 Goodyear Cotton Bowl Classic begins. The anticipation is mounting and excitement is reaching a fever pitch. This is going to be an excellent game. If you're a Baylor fan and you're not excited for this game, well, I don't know that I can help you. We're doing everything we can here on the blog to get you pumped, and there's even more coming between now and kickoff on New Years Day. Let's take a look at some of the events planned in the hours leading up until kickoff. For a complete list of Cotton Bowl festivities, official tailgates, and even a detailed set of instructions on how to throw a Sic 'Em (though if you don't know how that works at this point, I'm not sure these instructions can really be of much assistance), check out the official Baylor Nation Fan Zone. It's worth your time!

Game Tickets
If you're within a reasonable driving distance of AT&T Stadium and have the means and freedom to attend, you absolutely should go. While the Baylor allotment is sold out, there still are tickets available through the Michigan State allotment, and the Spartans are not discouraging Baylor fans from buying tickets through the Michigan State site. If you want to go that route, check out their website here. If you'd rather go to the secondary market, there are plenty of tickets available at both TicketCity and StubHub. There may be other options available also, and if you're aware of some, please feel free to share. There's no excuse for Baylor fans living in driving range that have the time and money to not go to this game. Get there!
Watch Parties
The Alumni Network is looking for folks to host watch parties! If you're looking for one but don't know that there's one in your area, why not organize it? Here's what the FanZone has to say:
If you can't be in Arlington for the game, then how about hosting a watch party for your Bears? The Baylor Alumni Network is looking for volunteers to find a restaurant or other public venue in their city where fellow Bears can gather to cheer the green and gold to a Cotton Bowl victory!
If you're interested in being that amazing fan that puts it together and hosts, you should check out this link and get it going. You'll be our hero. Meanwhile, here's the list of the rest of the watch parties!
