For the first time ever, I have the privilege of bringing you official Baylor cross country news. Of course, it's only a schedule, but it's a start, right? Baylor cross country head coach Todd Harbour announced his team's 2014 schedule Wednesday.
Baylor women's soccer will be hosting its annual Meet the Bears event on August 9th at 5:30 p.m. at the Betty Lou Mays Soccer Field. If you're in town for football's Meet the Bears and don't have a pressing evening commitment, stop by to catch a scrimmage and meet the players.
Football News
ESPN completed its countdown of the top 100 players in college football heading into this season. Baylor had three names on the list - LT Spencer Drango at 91st, Antwan Goodley at 5th, and Bryce Petty at 7th. I can think of a few names that will probably be included on the postseason list that the experts didn't list now. Shawn Oakman, Shock Linwood, and possibly Andrew Billings come to mind.

The previous tweet links to a great Sports Illustrated article on the significance of McLane Stadium in Baylor's culture.
Tevin Reese Burnin'
Tevin Reese is making short work of any Chargers corner that allows him even the slightest cushion - just like he did when he played for Baylor.

Reese was just mixed in on last 2 plays with first team O, both plays were reverses.
