First off, apologies for the brevity of this post. My high school lost an incredible man yesterday and we're all rather shaken by it. Prayers for his family, friends, and former students would be appreciated, if you feel so inclined.

Trayvon Bromell is fast as all get out. TJ Holmes advanced to finals with the second-fastest time in the 400-hurdles. Maggie Montoya finished third in the 3,000-m.
