Malik Jefferson is the top high school football player in the state of Texas for the class of 2015. The outside linebacker from Mesquite Poteet is quick, tenacious, and extremely effective on defense, and every program in the country would kill to have him. Baylor, Texas, and Texas A&M rank among Jefferson's favorites, with conflicting reports regarding which school leads and which institutions are favored by his family. With any luck, today's visit will win Baylor Jefferson's favor.
Jefferson was in Austin yesterday for 6 1/2 hours, and the internet seems to think the visit went swimmingly. We'll see what Briles and Co. are capable of today. Picking up Malik down the road would be huge for the 2015 class and secure a fixture in the Baylor defense for years to come.

Sweet Feet Impresses Again
Tevin Reese is beginning to look like a steal out of the seventh round for the San Diego Chargers, according to sources at Chargers training camp. Reese is blowing the top off of defensive secondaries and making his case for a spot on the final roster.
