Everything is under control. Situation normal. Uh, had a slight weapons malfunction, a decommit, a dismissal, and a career-ending medical diagnosis, but everything's perfectly alright now. How are you?
Our Daily Podcast returns!
There's been quite a bit to discuss lately (both good and bad) so Peter, Mark, and Pras decided to fire up the somewhat dusty podcast machine last night. I don't know when it will be up for your listening pleasure since I don't know how Peter balances his time between editing and producing justice, but I can confirm that it was recorded and is not a myth.
Miscellaneous Newslets
A few months ago we informally established that Mark's grandmother is the only person allowed to sit at Baylor football games, so I don't know who dreamed this up. If you're a Baylor season ticket holder, you can pay $40 to have a cushy chair installed on your section of bleacher for the year. I know it's comfy, but honestly, how much will you be sitting in it? Sure, go ahead and get one I guess. It looks awesome if nothing else.
The Baylor track and field team will have four athletes in action at the USA Track and Field Outdoor Championships, which run Thursday through Sunday in Sacramento, Calif. Everett Walker (100m, 200m), Ashley Fields (200m), Rachel Johnson (3000m steeplechase) and Tiffani McReynolds (100m hurdles) will take part in the non-NCAA event. Trayvon Bromell will not take part. I think he's made his point.

Isaiah Austin is already making waves off the court after his recent diagnosis with Marfan Syndrome. Austin is working with the Marfan Foundation to raise awareness of his condition and raise money to contribute to research. Part of that effort includes selling this t-shirt that has an absolutely ballin' design that's sure to resonate with Baylor basketball fans. Isaiah will also be the personal guest of Commissioner Adam Silver at the 2014 NBA Draft, which kicks off tomorrow night. He will be recognized between the 14th and 15th picks. The draft is also noteworthy because we all hope to hear Cory Jefferson's name called at some point.
Anything else?
I refuse to talk about LeBron James on principle, even though I'm not a hater. America plays Germany tomorrow in a game that everyone wants to be a draw but that Jurgen will probably try to win anyway. Kirobaito would be a pirate if he lived in the Caribbean in the 18th Century.
Oh, wait. There's this too.

Ekpe Udoh seems like a super fun guy. Thanks for the iPad, man.
